KIWIBUILD COMING TO WELLINGTON – DELIVERED BY TWC IN PARTNERSHIP WITH KIWIBUILD
The Wellington Company Limited (TWC) in partnership with KiwiBuild will be building two housing developments into the Wellington market providing eligible KiwiBuild purchasers with an opportunity to access high quality homes in Wellington City and Lower Hutt markets.

KiwiBuild is about restoring the dream of home ownership to New Zealanders, by providing eligible first home buyers with exclusive access to a range of fixed price modest starter homes.
To be eligible for a KiwiBuild home, you need to:
- Be a first-time buyer or a ‘second-chancer’,
- Be a New Zealand citizen, a permanent resident or ordinarily resident in New Zealand,
- Have an income of less than $120,000 for a single applicant or no more than $180,000 for more than one purchaser,
- Intend to own and live in the home as their principal place of residence for at least three years.
