 
 LICHFIELD PARK Lichfield Park is set to change the face of central Christchurch city
and is one of Christchurch City Council's key inner-city rejuvenation projects.
Lichfield Park is a mixed-use neighbourhood development on a large central city block comprising office, retail, hotel and residential spaces around a landscaped park. Celebrating the history of the block, which was the Turners and Growers morning fruit and vegetable market, Lichfield Park will be a fresh food and wine destination where you will find products from some of the best artisan producers in Canterbury and New Zealand. Lichfield Park will create a dynamic, central-city environment as a result of people living, working and playing around a vibrant retail destination and landscaped park.
